More TV Program Cancellations – CBS also Bereaving
Posted by ImaJustSaying on May 16, 2011
No surprises here, but CBS has canceled The Defenders, $#*! My Dad Says and Mad Love. The Defenders struggled to get any ratings traction on Wednesdays before being moved to Friday nights where it struggled even more. Relatively speaking, the sitcom Mad Love struggled. While $#*! My Dad Says performed better than Mad Love, and actually had average ratings compared to other CBS scripted shows, CBS has a history of axing its lowest-rated comedies even if the ratings are decent.
I am one of the few who loved “Mad Love” and was glad to see Jason Biggs on the tv again! He is such a sweetheart and his brand of humor is not lost on me if you follow him on twitter.
Well, #MadLove was officially canceled today. I'm super bummed. But thank u to all the fans who supported me and the show this year. U rock!
