Tonight I am going to feature the new showing premiering on FOX tonight “Breaking In”.  It stars Christian Slater whom I have always loved his recklessness persona mixed with crazy comedy and am wishing this was an hour instead of the scheduled 30 minutes.  Below is a synopsis of tonight’s episode and season preview.  I have seen other previews where Christian tells us the producers allowed the characters to interject a lot of their own characters in the script as they filmed.   Check out the preview below it looks great!

Criminal Minds 9-10pm, CBS. The team struggles with the loss of Prentiss while investigating a series of murders in Florida.

Mr. Sunshine 9:30-9pm, ABC. Ben has what he thinks is a harmless fling, but the woman (Lizzy Caplan) turns out to be Crystal’s new assistant.

Law & Order: Special Victims Unit 10-11pm, NBC. DDA Jonah Dekker (Terrence Howard) visits from Law & Order: Los Angeles to remind you another spin-off exists…but also to defends his cousin from rape charges. Mostly the first one, though.

Top Chef: Masters 11-12pm, BRAVO. The contest for supremacy of celebrity chef returns with a bit of freshness. This time around they’ve drafted an actual chef (the very suave Curtis Stone) to serve as host and the format has been altered to bear a greater resemblance to its parent show.  They’re pulling out all the stops with the first episode and putting one of the favorite challenges up first: Restaurant Wars.

Breaking In 9:30-10pm, FOX. Christian Slater runs a private security firm specializing in breaking into business to find their security flaws. The team drafts a computer hacker (Bret Harrison) that’s been conning a university out of room board and an education for seven years and he serves as portal into this strange and quirky world. The idea of melding office comedy with the firm’s adventurous capers sounds like a total winner, but the premiere episode comes off as a little lazy and never fully embraces the potential of its premise.

Just watched a little bit of extreme couponing. Excuse me, but what the hell does someone need 54 bottles of mustard for?
I coupon, and I get great deals on stuff. I seldom pay for things like toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors for the hubby, and kids shampoo. And I get cereal frequently for about .50 a box, but come on! The day I have to stuff toilet paper under my kids bed because all of my storage is full of crap, someone please put me out of my misery.

    • Gsus couldnt record extreme couponing due to conflicts.. I expect to see it later on a rerun. but really.. I have seen the earlier one hour promo and want to know who needs 150 toofbrushes and 200 sticks of deodorant? this stuff is crazy and truly this show should be called.. extreme couponing/hoarding

I dvr’d Idol, watching Survivor now, idol is next. I haven’t gotten into Idol much the past few years, I tend to fast forward and just watch the performances.

I used to go on a couponing blog to find good deals, some of these people are crazy. They will go to stores and take all of their coupons that are put out for customers. One woman actually bragged about taking pad of coupons out of a box an employee was unpacking. They go through the trash to find coupon ads. They post pictures of their stockpiles. Some of these people will have like 100 packages of things like maxi pads. Um, are you getting your period daily?
They all use the excuse that they give to family or food shelves, but by the look of their hoards, it looks like for everyone one thing they give away, they keep 20. I’ll use coupons and stockpile maybe 6 months of things like toiletries, but as far as food, there is no way these people will eat all the food before it expires.
There was always an ongoing debate on whether it was right for these extreme couponers to clear out the shelves when they couldn’t possibly use all they were taking. The extremes would say it was the store’s fault for not stocking enough, but really, who would think, like tonight, that someone would come in and buy 54 bottles of mustard.
    Cracks me up!

Wednesdays are becoming like Sundays for my DVR. Too crowded. I agree, hoarding/extreme couponing same thing. If you have 200 sticks of deodorant you either are a hoarder or you have some kind of medical condition.
Anyone watch the new show on AMC called “The Killing”? They were talking about it on the radio and giving it rave reviews.

    • Gsus.. lmaooo some kind of medical condition!!! girl I like you on meds.. 😉 I still have The Killing on my DVR hadnt had a chance to watch yet.. I heard it got mixed reviews but I will take your word for it. TOnight had Christian Slaters new show on tonight.. still havent watch but it looks hysterical. Looks like Christian found his nitch..

IJS, they had a TV reviewer on who said it was one show not to be missed. I have it set to DVR for a rerun on Thursday, so I am going to check it out.

    • cool G-Sus. I will be sure to watch.. maybe after AI.. I am just now skipping through the crap and just going to the performances.. so far what I have seen looks really good for AI.

OK..What did ya think of AI, ( I thought it was good) What did ya think of everyone? I gave my thoughts already @3

    • Dy.. I think they all did extremely well for the AI performances. Such a good group this year and so diverse. I really wanted to watch again with 100% focus but I am watching the RHONY reunion while I am doing paperwork and blogging here and still so much on my DVR..
