What’s New On TV Tonight? “Desperate Housewives”, “RHoOC”, “Celebrity Apprentice”, AMC Premiere’s “The Killing” and SHOW Premiere’s “The Borgias”

Posted by ImaJustSaying on April 3, 2011

Tonight,  AMC is premiering a brand new show “The Killing” and its a 2 hour premiere airing at 9-11pm. Based on a Danish series, this new show tracks the murder investigation of a young girl through three interlocking stories.   I am wondering if this is a one season type of show since you can only come up with so many story lines for one murder, but on the other hand, “Pretty Little Liars” are in their second season.

tonight’s shows are again wreaking havoc on my DVR but “The Killing will air at 9:00 pm est, and will re-air at 11:00 pm est and 1:00 am est.

Additionally, Camelot premiered last Friday and will be airing a new show tonight on STARZ at 10:00 pm est.  So much TV and so little time!  Check out the listing below for all new episodes airing tonight.  OWN is airing again tonight “Oprah: Behind the scene’s” Australia part  2 and re-airs at midnight,  followed up with “Master Class” which is part 2 of Oprah’s personal story.  Master Class re-airs at 3:00 am est.

The 46th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards 8-11pm, CBS. Reba McEntire and Blake Shelton host the ceremony live from Las Vegas with performances from Rihanna, Jennifer Nettles and more.

The Killing 9-11pm, AMC. Based on a Danish series, this new show tracks the murder investigation of a young girl through three interlocking stories.

The Borgias 9-11pm, SHOW. Jeremy Irons stars as Rodrigo Borgia, man that schemes his way into becoming pope and uses his station to elevate his son to a high office.

Mildred Pierce 9:15-10:30pm, HBO. Despite tragedy, Mildred continues to prepare to open her restaurant and faces off with Monty on New Year’s Eve.

IJS.. The Kennedys is premiering tonight too on Reelz. It was produced for The History Channel, but they dropped it last minute, because the Kennedy family had a fit. Reelz picked it up. It’s eight parts, running almost every night this week.

    I’ll be watching CA..

Hi Dy. I’m taping two at a time, most of the night. 🙂

  4. Thanks Rosie!!

Geez.. I have no more room on my DVR per scheduling and I refuse to use the other DVR! I am going to rely to view on Demand for the Showtime The Borgia’s, HBO Mildred Pierce and STARZ Camelot for another day.. too much stuff tonight!

Hey IJS, is that picture at the top with the two tv’s another room in your house?,

  7. Yes Bryan you are so astute! Its in my sitting room where I serve tea with doileys over every surface. Truth be told, my DVR is a video camera set up infront of the tv times to roll when the shows airs!

Its the future of recording~ 😉

Hi Everyone! It’s my birthday today and we just got home. I’ve got Mildred Pierce on in one room and hubby is watching CA in another room. We went to see Source Code. Liked it a lot and I would definitely recommend this movie. I really, really wanted to see The King’s Speech but hubby absolutely refused. Not his cup of tea. I’ll have to go see that with one of my friends. Okay back to Mildred…

Thanks Meatloaf for destoying my image of you. I really didn’t need to see that.
The men are sitting pretty right now despite that.

LaToya is a sweet lady. She may not be the most aggressive business wise but I like her.

  15. Dy said

I like her too Dani..She is sweet.

  16. Dani said

Oh boy, I didn’t see this coming. Thought for sure the men were going to win. Maybe Meatloaf will go for his outburst?

    Hi Dy.

  17. Dy said

Yay the ladies!! That surprised me though, I have to say.

Nice that each team are going to be able to keep what they raised for their Charities..I like that

Guess that tax problem didn’t pan out the way that Richard saw it. Curious how he keeps stating that he paid his taxes yet he is sitting in prison again for of all things, not paying his taxes.

  21. Dy said

@21 Ithink he does too Dani

    @22 LOL..Yes..WT….?

Thanks for the birthday wishes – much appreciated. So, the hatchett fell on Hatch. A good choice. I managed to watch the last half hour of CA which is always the best part, in my opinion. I’m watching The Kennedys but I’m finding it kind of bland. Anyone else watching it? Thoughts?

  23. Bryan said

    Happy Belated Birthday Mikki!!!!!!
