Ooooh, Chase, You’d Better Watch Out, Alexis Is Gonna Make You Cry

Posted by tinselkitty on December 15, 2010

Another day, another story that Tinselkitty has been unable to figure out the purpose of, much like Alexis herself. Bazinga!

Radar Online, of course, tells us that Boobie Barbie has put on her Givenchy buckled wedge oxford combat bootie, pasted on the jet propellers and is ready to take down the man.

See, this whole foreclosure nonsense is the bank’s fault and the Bellinos will not be going down without a fight, unlike Alexis herself. I do believe that’s bazinga #2.

Michael York, the lawyer in charge of collecting moneys that could go towards the Bellinos’ mortgage and depositing them into his own bank account, tells Radar Online (exclusively, dontchaknow), “Right now we’re considering legal action against Chase, regarding the fact that they changed the terms of their loan modification agreement. At this point we’re examining the issue and trying to decide how to proceed.”

He’s also assured us that the January 10 auction will be postponed again, thus guaranteeing that the US Bankruptcy Court continues to stimulate the economy by processing these attempts at stalling.

In case you didn’t catch it from yesterday’s letter, Mr. York reiterates that Jim Bellino owns many businesses* and that only one has filed for bankruptcy. It’s just a coincidence that the only company that filed bankruptcy has only one asset. Wanna guess just which asset that is? Ding ding ding ding ding, that is correct, Bob! It’s the Bellinos’ house.

*A quick consultation of the Tinselkitty legal dictionary yields the following translation from legalese: Mr. York reiterates that Jim Bellino has a large penis. Bazinga three, bitches.

I wonder if the Guidices will be giving any tips to the Bellinos? BTW, Tacky and Juicy were in court yesterday. You can read about it on Radar-online dated 12/15 and the NY Post also had a short story about the court proceedings. This court appearance had to do with the money owed to Joe’s business partner. Although Teresa’s signature appeared on some of this paperwork it seems that Joe may have signed her name. Not to mention his partner’s name. The judge pretty much absolved Teresa of any wrong-doing but she could still be in trouble for breach of contract. What I found most laughable is one of the witnesses against them was their former lawyer. Talk about tangled webs….

  2. Thanks for mentioning the Giudices, Mikki. I wrote a post about them last night and didn’t realize I’d only saved it, not posted it. This is why I need to stop writing after midnight. 😦
